What Should I Do After My EE Session?
Since EE System sessions detoxify our bodies, it is very important to release these toxins from the body by taking a sea salt detox bath within 24-hours of the end of your EE session. If you are unable to take a full bath, you can make a foot bath with the same detox ingredients or make a paste with the ingredients and an oil, such as coconut oil, and apply this to your skin as a scrub, and then rinse off. Dr. Michael also recommends applying magnesium oil or coconut oil to our skin following the bath. It is also important to drink plenty of water.
Can I extend my appointment time?
You can stay longer than your reserved time slot, provided there is available space at that extra time. Please check with the staff to make sure there is space available for that extra time.
